We’ve been building across Lancashire for the best part of a century.

W. Monks was founded in the 1930s by the late William Monks, and it’s still family-owned and run from our yard and joinery workshop in Longridge. Our 38-strong team are tradespeople first – builders, joiners, electricians and plasterers, many of who joined from school and stayed for decades.
