The largest part of our portfolio, and the work we’re best known for.
Schools demand a particular discipline: occupied buildings, safeguarding,
and programmes that frequently have to be completed inside a six-week summer
holiday. We’ve delivered classroom extensions, toilet and corridor
refurbishments, nursing rooms and sensitive work in historic and listed school
buildings, ready for the first morning of term.

Bespoke Joinery
Our own fully-equipped workshop: traditional craft alongside CNC machinery.
We make windows, doors, staircases, fitted furniture and rood screens to
order, working in sustainable timber by choice rather than uPVC or aluminium.
It’s a service we supply to architects, schools, churches, hospitals, local
authorities, developers and private clients who want the real thing, properly made.

Electrical NICEIC Approved
In-house electricians, so the wiring is never an afterthought.
Because our electricians are part of the team, electrical work is
coordinated from day one, not bolted on at the end. We carry out installations,
upgrades and rewiring with full NICEIC certification, including the electrical
elements of our refurbishment and heritage projects.

We look after the buildings we and others have built, handling planned
upkeep and reactive repairs with minimal disruption. Washroom and toilet
installation and refurbishment is a particular niche, including work carried out
around live, operational premises.
